Supporting Teams Positively

Building team capability

Supporting Teams | FAQs

What makes your team training different from a standard workshop?

Our training is built around the day-to-day work your staff do. We prioritise practical modelling, in-situ coaching and follow-up supervision so new skills transfer into routine practice, not just the classroom or training room.

Yes.

We provide structured, regular supervision tailored to role and seniority – from peer reflective groups to clinical supervision for qualified staff. Supervision sessions focus on learning, wellbeing and safe decision-making.

Some improvements can be seen after a single coaching visit; deeper, sustainable change typically emerges over months as training, supervision and practice align.

We set realistic milestones and measure progress so you can see the impact.

Absolutely! Mixed-team workshops are often the most powerful way to build shared language and consistency across settings, ensuring everyone turns the same plan into the same practice.

We use a mix of process and outcome measures: competency checks, incident and restraint data, staff retention figures, and qualitative feedback from people supported and their families. These give a rounded picture of value.

Yes – we design remote, blended and face-to-face packages, depending on your context.
