BEHAVIOUR CONSULTANT
Fareeha is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst, UKBA (cert), and a Trauma Lead, with over 7 years of experience in health and social care. Fareeha supports individuals with varying needs at home, in the community, as well as in various services. Fareeha utilizes Positive Behaviour Support, Trauma Informed Care, and Active Support to bring about the best outcome for persons with lived experience.
Fareeha also has experience embedded Positive Behaviour Support and Capable Environments on a system-wide level and promotes quality top-down practice.
She has a keen interest in delivering home programs, as well as family and staff trainings. Staff and parental wellbeing is at the heart of all of her endeavours. She values collaborative working and is dedicated to ensuring the wellbeing of individuals with lived experience, key people, and staff teams.
